Post Mastectomy Fashion

For most that are not affected by this, you wouldn’t know but for those that are, we are well aware of the struggle with trying to find something to wear.

My plastic surgeon doesn’t want me to lift my arms past what we call “T-Rex” arms. So it’s button-up shirts or super baggy t-shirts that you can stretch the hell out of for me.

Please, don’t even get me started on driving or riding in the car! Most days I have a huge ass pillow across me, but I have found this super cute heart-shaped pillow that my cancer center provided to me and it is perfect!

I have been a super-shopper since my surgery. I mean I don’t have that many super ute button-up tops for all the seasons. Let’s be honest September/October in Phoenix it can bee 100 degrees or 80 degrees you just never know.

I have been able to find some super cute tops on Amazon and Nordstrom that work perfectly.

But my question to you is can you wear white pants past Labor Day?!?!

I know the old saying, “No White Pants Past Labor Day”.  Listen up ladies and especially those in living in the warm climates, YOU CAN WEAR THE WHITE PANTS!!!

The days of no white in winter are gone!
