This is a super easy recipe when you need something to curve that sweet tooth.
Packed full of protein and vital nutrients.
What you need:
- 1 Package/Scoop of favorite protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp favorite sweetener (optional)
- Dash of Salt (Pink Sea Salt)
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 3 tbsp favorite berries
- 1tbsp nut butter/all-natural peanut butter
Mix in a small bowl protein powder, baking powder, salt, and sweetener. Once mixed add-in egg, berries, and almond milk if to dry add in a little more almond milk. Stir both together until you get a nice gooey consistency. I also add in a scoop of peanut butter/nut butter for extra goodness.
Rub the coffee mug with coconut oil so the cake doesn’t stick, add in mixture and heat for 60-90 seconds depending on how gooey you want your cake to be.
