Hi, I’m Julie Greenberg.

Breast Cancer Survivor, Infertility Warrior, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer! I am here to help you overcome the obstacles that life throws at us!

My motivation for becoming a personal trainer was to help those that need it the most. While going through cancer treatment and my fertility journey the only thing holding me together was my morning workouts! It was a place for me to let it all out. The anger, the hurt, the disappointment and so much more! For me, exercise is not just a weight-loss tool! It is my anti-anxiety medicine, my outlet, my happy place!

I am here to provide you with the support, motivation, and accountability that you need! I do this through online accountability groups, at home or online personal training and one on one coaching! If you are looking for someone who has been through the trenches I am your GIRL! I am passionate about helping other women overcome self-doubt, feel good in our clothes, build confidence, live with more energy, and find time to work on you! I know first hand how hard it can be to find time to make US a priority!

You just need to take the next step… ACTION! Let’s do this together and find the perfect program for YOU!

“If you’re trying to achieve, there will be roadblocks. I’ve had them; everybody has had them. But obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.” – Michael Jordan

2 Weeks Post Surgery

/
I‘m learning to ask for help when needed and to rest when I am tired. I am hoping to get the drains out this week, the latest next week and then we can start making progress with the expanders. Each day gets a little easier and I'm getting used to asking for help.  This has been a very hard process for me to get used to. With time comes healing and I am ready to put this past me. I just have to wait for about 4 more months.

The #Boobtruth

/
It was a June morning and I felt something on my left breast (I never did self-checks but now I promote them to everyone) and called my doctor. With my family history and what I described, she made an appointment to see her the next day and once I saw her she ordered a mammogram, ultrasound, and biopsy.  Six days later I heard the words YOU HAVE BREAST CANCER.

Why Life Insurance Is So Important

/
The great thing is I also know a thing or two about life insurance and how different things in your life can hinder you from getting the best coverage. Most people wait until something happens to prompt them to get life insurance and this is the worst way to approach it. You don't really need life insurance unless you have dependents or some sort of financial obligation that if you passed away would be passed on to someone else.
