Who doesn’t love a thick vanilla M&M blizzard from Dairy Queen?
I always love it at first but after I feel so full and bloated. Here is a healthier version with 1/2 half the calories and fat and about 6 bags of lettuce that you don’t even taste.
Ingredients:
- 1 packet vanilla superfoods
- 1 banana
- 1 small scoop of mini m&m’s
- 8 ounces unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop power greens
- 6 ice cubes
