Hi, I’m Julie Greenberg.

Breast Cancer Survivor, Mom of Three (1 set of twins), and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach! I am here to help you overcome the obstacles that life throws at us!

My motivation for becoming a personal trainer and nutrition coach was to help those who need it the most. While going through cancer treatment and my fertility journey the only thing holding me together was my morning workouts! It was a place for me to let it all out. The anger, the hurt, the disappointment and so much more! For me, exercise is not just a weight-loss tool! It is my anti-anxiety medicine, my outlet, and my happy place! I also know that exercise is not something that everyone loves.

I am here to provide you with the support, motivation, and accountability that you need! I do this through online accountability groups, individual online personal training and nutrition coaching! If you are looking for someone who has been through the trenches I am your GIRL!

I am passionate about helping others overcome self-doubt, feel good in their clothes, build confidence, live with more energy, and find time to work on themselves! I know first hand how hard it can be to find time to make yourself a priority!

You just need to take the next step… ACTION!

Let’s do this together and find the perfect solution for YOU!

“If you’re trying to achieve, there will be roadblocks. I’ve had them; everybody has had them. But obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.” – Michael Jordan

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

/
Who doesn't love a good fall healthy recipe? These pumpkin spice cupcakes are sure to win over the whole family.

Healthy M&M Blizard

/
Who doesn't love a thick vanilla M&M blizzard from Dairy Queen? I always love it at first but after I feel so full and bloated. Here is a healthier version with 1/2 half the calories and fat and about 6 bags of lettuce that you don't even taste.

Surviving

/
Survivor: the remainder of a group of people or things; a person who copes well with difficulties in their life. This word, the reason I hate going to a doctor I haven’t seen since I was diagnosed,  the reason I don’t want to explain to people what I’m healing from. The guilt I have for even using the word. Take for example tonight I decided to wear this shirt to bed, it’s been in my closet since the day of the breast cancer walk because I don’t believe I’m worthy of it.

How a cancer diagnosis hasn't stopped my health and fitness journey

/
I don't think we can ever prepare ourselves for a cancer diagnosis or any other devastating bad news, but I have to credit my investment into personal development and self-love in helping navigate through this time in my life.  You see, 3 years ago I was struggling with my self-esteem, the lack of success on getting pregnant and the blame game on why my life wasn't were I wanted it to be. I had to take a hard look in the mirror and realize that I was sabotaging my own life. Since that day that I decided to take control of my life and make the necessary changes required to move forward and I haven't looked back.
