Hi, I’m Julie Greenberg.

Breast Cancer Survivor, Infertility Warrior, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer! I am here to help you overcome the obstacles that life throws at us!

My motivation for becoming a personal trainer was to help those that need it the most. While going through cancer treatment and my fertility journey the only thing holding me together was my morning workouts! It was a place for me to let it all out. The anger, the hurt, the disappointment and so much more! For me, exercise is not just a weight-loss tool! It is my anti-anxiety medicine, my outlet, my happy place!

I am here to provide you with the support, motivation, and accountability that you need! I do this through online accountability groups, at home or online personal training and one on one coaching! If you are looking for someone who has been through the trenches I am your GIRL! I am passionate about helping other women overcome self-doubt, feel good in our clothes, build confidence, live with more energy, and find time to work on you! I know first hand how hard it can be to find time to make US a priority!

You just need to take the next step… ACTION! Let’s do this together and find the perfect program for YOU!

“If you’re trying to achieve, there will be roadblocks. I’ve had them; everybody has had them. But obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.” – Michael Jordan

Surviving

/
Survivor: the remainder of a group of people or things; a person who copes well with difficulties in their life. This word, the reason I hate going to a doctor I haven’t seen since I was diagnosed,  the reason I don’t want to explain to people what I’m healing from. The guilt I have for even using the word. Take for example tonight I decided to wear this shirt to bed, it’s been in my closet since the day of the breast cancer walk because I don’t believe I’m worthy of it.

How a cancer diagnosis hasn't stopped my health and fitness journey

/
I don't think we can ever prepare ourselves for a cancer diagnosis or any other devastating bad news, but I have to credit my investment into personal development and self-love in helping navigate through this time in my life.  You see, 3 years ago I was struggling with my self-esteem, the lack of success on getting pregnant and the blame game on why my life wasn't were I wanted it to be. I had to take a hard look in the mirror and realize that I was sabotaging my own life. Since that day that I decided to take control of my life and make the necessary changes required to move forward and I haven't looked back.

The Unexplainable

/
Two months ago I started having some pain in my left armpit and it would randomly show up. I just thought it was sore from my workout or something. About 5-6 weeks later I felt a small mass in my left breast. It wasn't anything big and I would just keep an eye on it. Well after a few weeks it felt bigger and hurt a little more. I told my husband I think I should make an appointment.
