Cancer isn’t pink ribbons…

It’s scars, surgeries, chemo, radiation, a never ending what if after it’s over..
.
Although this month is breast cancer awareness month and you will bombarded with pink thinks saying they support breast cancer research… do your research many of these companies don’t give back and if they do it’s not to the right organizations..
.
This is my plea to you… get your mammogram… do your monthly self checks… and take care of yourself… this all can save your life!

Your dreams don’t need to stop just because you hit a road block 🚧.

Truth be told it took me a year longer that I Anticipated to finish my nutrition coach certification because life got a bit crazy! #hellopregnancy #hellotwins

But just because it was put on hold for a bit doesn’t mean I had to give up! I was frustrated but I knew it would happen because I wasn’t going to stop, even if it meant taking a little longer than I anticipated.

We all hit 🚧 but it’s how we push through that determines if our goals are met!

I waited for these two for over 5 years and they finally became a reality!
