Don’t just take my word for it…

I love Beachbody on Demand because I can do the workouts from anywhere as long as I have my iPad with me. There are so many workouts to choose from that I am always planning which program I am going to do next when I am coming to the end of the one I am currently doing. By far my most favorite is Barre Blend, I am almost finished with the second time around of the 8 week program with fantastic results! Thank you Julie Greenberg and BOD!!!

Beachbody on Demand is amazing!!! You can workout at your convenience and it’s not an hour-long workout usually just a 30 minute!! Who can’t give up 30 mins a day!! I have completed 21 day fix real time as well as Morning Meltdown 100 and my coach Julie Greenberg is so helpful and positive to help you keep going!!

Gosh – I can’t say enough about Beachbody on Demand. The convenience, the variety, the community, the nutritional value and there is always something new being added to keep you engaged and challenged. Having a calendar to follow makes it easy and can help plan okay your day if some workouts are longer then others. Not to mention the amount of time I am saving not having to hunt for a home workouts on YouTube. You cant. get this kind of workout platform for anywhere else. Especially not for the price. It’s worth the investment. You won’t be sorry. I have been a BOD member for over two years.
