WHO IS JULIE GREENBERG
I am a 39-year-old mother to a handsome 9-year-old, Sam, and newborn boy/girl twins. I began my fitness journey 8 1/2 years ago. On October 17, 2016, began the Halloween Hustle Challenge with my coach which ultimately changed my life. For the past 8 1/2 years, I have been practicing clean eating, accountability, and daily strength training and I am happy to say that I have kept off all the initial weight that I had lost. I found a passion that I didn’t realize was inside. In 2019, I was diagnosed with Stage 1 Breast Cancer and knew that I wanted to change the way women, in general, looked at fitness. During cancer treatment, I became a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. I truly fell in love with helping my helping women and mothers. I love showing others that a healthy and fit life is possible in the crazy busyness of motherhood.

How My Journey Started
I started working out from home in 2014 after the birth of my son. I tried going to the gym before work or after work and it really didn’t work with my schedule. My son either wouldn’t go to the kids club or I was too tired after work to even think about adding something else into my day. My goal was to just feel good in this new body that was “ME” after my son. I took my before picture, did my measurements, and made a commitment to do this for me. I can’t explain to you how much this journey has changed my life. I was able to lose 35 pounds with my first program.
Life went on, I started playing volleyball again and would continue to do workouts at home but kind of got lost in my life. A few years later, I was struggling with my weight again due to fertility treatments. Baby number two was not as easy as baby number 1. I know so many others that have been through the fertility trenches. I needed an out to let out my emotions and focus on more than just not getting pregnant.
One of the points most overlooked is the mental shift that is part of making yourself a priority. I started this at one of the lowest points in my life and came out shining and overcoming all the heartache and loss through our fertility journey. After 5 years of fertility treatments and 4 reproductive endocrinologists, our fertility journey came to an end on February 2nd, 2023 when we welcomed boy-girl twins.
My results
The past 9 years have been filled with joy, loss, heartache, the unknown, and much more. Through the birth of my son, the ectopic pregnancy, the back surgery, the cancer diagnosis, and the years of fertility treatment I have walked out on the other side of it all. Nothing is easy. I fought very hard for this life and my health and I will continue to do so for myself and my family. I am ready to help you do the same for yourself!
