Me, My Family and Shakeology
As a mom, I have a busy day and am always on the go. I eat smaller meals throughout the day, so, for me, I wasn’t looking for a meal replacement shake as much as I was looking for a way to get into better shape and feel healthier. I start each day with breakfast, do my morning errands, and then come home for a workout. A daily Shakeology for me is my post-workout snack. For me, my favorites are the vegan tropical strawberry and the vanilla. I use them to make smoothies and even what I call a smoothie bowl, with my Shakeology mixed with yogurt. Yum!!
Not only does this give me a tasty treat throughout the day, but, combined with my Beachbody workouts, I have been able to lose 50 pounds over the last two years and keep it off!!
